This mod acts as a bridge between the vanilla combat system and the Defense Shields mod. It allows the Defense Shields mod to intercept all types of projectiles fired by vanilla weapons without requiring the WeaponCore mod, which would otherwise replace the vanilla combat system.
In other words, this mod allows you to use Defense Shields alongside the standard vanilla weapons and combat system without having to rely on WeaponCore.
The mod is still in development. Feel free to comment if you find any bugs or have other feedback.
