Elite: Dangerous Capital-Class Jump Audio

This mod changes two things: I overlapped a "Victory" (skin for Fleet Carriers) horn at the beginning of the spool up audio, and replaced the post-jump audio with a capital-class exit audio clip. Right now, the spool time of 10 seconds is unchanged. I am presently trying to figure out how to lengthen the spool up time in order to fully add the audio, and in the future I might even be able to add the animation.

If anyone wants to take this mod and complete the two things I mentioned above I would love that!
