Flying Wall of Welders

A flying wall of welders that I use in Survival to build my spacecrafts.

It is basically a mobile welding wall that lets you quickly weld entire ships.

Just load all the components into the cargo container, attach a Projector somewhere to a powered grid, turn it on, and align the projection with your blueprint. Then align your welding platform with the projection and turn on the welders.

Now simply fly backwards, layer by layer. If the welding surface isn't wide enough to cover the entire blueprint, move from side to side or up and down to weld the whole layer. Once it's done, move back by one layer and repeat the process.

It can work without DLC, but you'll need to replace the Helm with another pilot seat. Warfare 2 DLC is recommended.

The platform includes a Projector to make building it easier.

For the easiest setup, simply build the Projector in zero gravity, with the battery attached to either its left or right side. The Projector has a fixed orientation, so make sure the battery is attached to one of these sides. Load the blueprint into the Projector, and then use its projected hologram to build the rest of the platform.
