Description
This is a framework that mods can use to extend the functionality of the Revived Large Ship Railguns and Small Ship Railguns to other modded weapons.
A full guide will be out eventually once I finish testing and ironing out bugs when I stop procrastinating.
What the FAQ?
"Should I subscribe to this?" No. This is for other mods to list as a dependency. Dependencies are automagically downloaded, so manually subscribing is not necessary.
"Will this use 'WeaponCore'?" No for 2 reasons: (1) I like coding my own stuff and (2) this framework is designed to work as seamlessly as possible with in-game scripts without the need for mod specific code. As such, I have to do code gymnastics to make sure that all of the properties accessible to the in-game script API are not broken.
"Why make a framework?" I don't want to have to update multiple mods when only the underlying core functionality changes. This removes the headache of patching stuff.
"What makes this framework special? I specifically designed this framework to be easy to customize without needing to upload in a separate mod through the configuration file system it uses.
