This mod removes the dirt on windows and ******** while retaining the tint.
It does so by changing definitions of the transparent material definitions to point to a blank texture.

Here at AVTech, dirt build up on our glass was causing serious issues with the intended purpose of our windows. Through painstaking research we have managed to reprogram flesh rending nanobots to use some window cleaner and newspaper on our windows. We feel that this technology is safe to release to the general public so that all may have a pleasant viewing experience.
AVTech will not be held liable for nanobots reverting to their flesh rending ways.
