Wolves and Spiders on Pertam

Updated for planet definition changes in update 1.207 Apex Survival. 

This is a test of adding Wolf spawns to Pertam.  

Wolves and Spiders must be enabled in the advanced world settings, and Experimental mode must be enabled in general settings.

Overrides PlanetGeneratorDefinitions.sbc / AnimalSpawnInfo for Pertam only.  

Wolves have been added to Pertam, and the spawn rates for both Wolves and Spiders have been modified as follows:

Daytime:

- SpawnDelayMin: 30,000 (30,000 in ms = 30 seconds)
- SpawnDelayMax: 1,800,000
- SpawnDistMin: 100
- SpawnDistanceMax: 200
- WaveCountMin: 2
- WaveCountMax: 8

Nighttime:

- SpawnDelayMin: 30,000
- SpawnDelayMax: 900,000
- SpawnDistMin: 75
- SpawnDistanceMax: 150
- WaveCountMin: 4
- WaveCountMax: 16

3 Wolf entries have been added to the spawn pool alongside the 3 Spider types, so spawns should be an even chance of being Wolf or Spider.  

Should work with NPC character replacers like Sektan's Zombie replacer: https://mod.io/g/spaceengineers/m/s-zombie-replace-wolves-v1 and https://mod.io/g/spaceengineers/m/s-zombie-replace-sabiroids-v1 (remember: only use one replacer per type, so one Wolf replacer and one Spider replacer).
