搜尋功能優化 / Better Search 1.5.0

⚠ Palworld 1.0.5 相容性狀況 / Palworld 1.0.5 Compatibility Notice

根據目前玩家回報，Better Search 在 Palworld 1.0.5 上似乎已可正常使用。

先前 Palworld 1.0.4 對帕魯原生排列 / 搜尋相關邏輯的改動，曾導致 Better Search 的名稱搜尋等功能部分失效。目前已有玩家回報，在更新至 Palworld 1.0.5 後，Better Search 的相關功能可以再次正常運作。

由於我最近正忙於畢業論文，目前仍沒有足夠時間積極維護與完整測試本模組，因此暫時不會將 Palworld 1.0.5 視為已經過完整驗證的相容版本。

希望官方近期對 Palpedia 搜尋及相關系統的改動，是在為未來加入 Palbox 官方搜尋功能做準備。若官方之後正式加入完整搜尋功能，Better Search 也可能就不再需要了。

本模組原始碼已公開於 GitHub。如果你有需要，也歡迎自行研究、修改或協助處理相關相容性問題。

Based on current player reports, Better Search appears to be working normally again on Palworld 1.0.5.

Changes to Palworld's native Pal sorting/search logic in version 1.0.4 previously caused parts of Better Search, particularly name search, to stop working correctly. Some players have now reported that these features are working again after updating to Palworld 1.0.5.

I am currently busy working on my thesis and still do not have enough time to actively maintain and thoroughly test the mod, so Palworld 1.0.5 should not yet be considered a fully verified compatible version.

Hopefully the recent changes to Palpedia search and related systems are a sign that the developers are preparing to add an official Palbox search feature in the future. If that happens, Better Search may eventually no longer be necessary.

搜尋方式 / Search Behavior

使用 Better Search 時，請先開啟帕魯終端，並點擊右上角遊戲原生的搜尋功能，即可開啟 Better Search 模組介面。

To use Better Search, open a Palbox and click Palworld’s native Search button in the upper-right corner. This will open the Better Search interface.

名稱搜尋必須點擊輸入框上方的候選，才會鎖定帕魯種類。一般與 Alpha 個體共用同一個候選。

Select a suggestion above the name field to identify the Pal species. Normal and Alpha variants share the same suggestion.

已知限制 / Known Limitations

• 目前玩家回報 Palworld 1.0.5 可正常使用，但此版本尚未經過完整相容性測試
• 極少數情況下，Better Search 可能會開啟排列視窗，但搜尋條件沒有被自動套用，導致排列視窗停留在畫面上而沒有正常完成搜尋。完整重開遊戲通常可以恢復正常
• 我目前已嘗試多次重現上述問題，但暫時無法在自己的環境中重現。如果你遇到相同或類似情況，請提供完整的 UE4SS.log 與發生前的操作步驟，這會對調查問題非常有幫助
• Global Palbox 的原生排列與自動結果頁面支援仍不完整
• 只有標示為 S 的第一個詞條會用於原生排列
• 星數與總 IV 只用於篩選及高亮，不會依數值排列帕魯

• Player reports currently indicate that Better Search works on Palworld 1.0.5, but this version has not been fully compatibility-tested
• In rare cases, Better Search may open the native sort window without automatically applying the search conditions, causing the sort window to remain open instead of completing the search normally. Fully restarting the game will usually restore normal behavior
• I have tried reproducing the issue several times but have not been able to trigger it on my side so far. If you encounter this or a similar issue, please provide the complete UE4SS.log along with the steps you performed before it happened. This would be extremely helpful for investigating the problem
• Global Palbox native sorting and automatic result-page support are not yet complete
• Only the first passive marked with S is used for native sorting
• Stars and Total IV are used only for filtering and highlighting
• Repeatedly applying the same sort in Pal Dimension Storage may occasionally leave “Retrieving inventory information” displayed; switching pages will restore it
• Native sorting changes the actual Pal slot order
