Middle Click on slots with items to lock that slot with that item. Shift + Middle Click to lock all slots with same items or empty. Ctrl + Shift + Middle Click to lock all slots with same items. Ctrl + Middle Click to lock with last locked item (unlock will clear the setting).
Middle Click on empty slots to remove the lock. Shift + Middle Click to unlock all slots Ctrl + Middle Click to unlock all slots with same locked item.
note: some items like pal egg cannot be locked since they have dynamic id
8/14: remove some checks so food box can be locked too
