So what does this mod do? You might be asking that. Well basically what it does is increases the amount of Stat Points you get Per Level, as well as Tech Points per Level and from Fast Travel Unlocks.
Another Key point is your character will start off at Base Level with 12 Tech Points ready to be spent. As well as gaining more Ancient Tech Points from Normal Boss Kills as well as Tower Boss Kills.
And to top all of that off, normally vanilla player stat points are hard capped at 50 points appointed to each individual stat, however, with this mod you can push that limit to 150 points hard capped.
All of this information will be broken down and explained below with a side by side comparison from Vanilla to what the Mod itself alters.

FAQ
Q: If I install this when I'm already progressed through my playthrough will it catch up? A: Unfortunately it will not, but should still work from that point moving forward.
Q: Am I able to edit the values of the mod itself, even if I'm using it on Single Player or Dedicated Servers? A: You should be able to by going into PalServer and/or Palworld > Mods > NativeMods > UE4SS > Mods > PalSchema > Mods > PlayerProgressionBuffs and open the .jsonc file thats there, you need to make sure you have the server/game turned off prior to that
Important
After you subscribe to the mod, do these steps to enable the mod:
1. Launch the game and wait until you get to the title screen. 2. Go to Options > Mod Management and make sure Enable Mod is set to ON. 3. Make sure the checkbox next to Player Progression Buffs is CHECKED 4. Click the blue Save button and the game will now restart. 5. Once the game starts up again, Player Progression Buffs should now be enabled. 6. If you're using a Dedicated Server this needs to be installed both on the Server & Clients as well, otherwise it will not work. If you're not using a Dedicated Server for you and your friends, and instead you're doing singleplayer then obviously you only need it Client Side.
