• Fixed a bug where auto-pickup stopped working after returning to the main menu and re-entering the save.
• Added persistent configuration storage. After this update, you no longer need to reset the parameters every time; set them once and they will be saved permanently, as long as the version is not updated.
• Fixed an issue where auto pickup did not work when the wild Pal spawn rate was set to 3x.
• Fixed an issue where auto pickup worked at first, but stopped working after being turned off and enabled again.
• Changed the default hotkey for showing/hiding the UI. The new default hotkey is Alt + F1.

How to customize the hotkey

Open:

AutoPickupEventPickup\Scripts\config.lua

Find these two lines:

MenuKey = "F1",
MenuKeyModifiers = { "ALT" },

`MenuKey` is the main key. `MenuKeyModifiers` is the modifier key used together with it.

Examples:

Save `config.lua` after editing, then restart the game for the change to take effect.

Mod Description

This mod automatically picks up nearby dropped items for you.

When farming materials, you no longer need to run over and pick everything up one by one. It is especially useful when farming materials such as Slime, Holy Water, Dog Coins, and similar drops.

The menu currently supports both Chinese and English.

Dragon Eggs, wild Pal Spheres, and Souls will not be picked up automatically. Wild Berries may still be picked up, because the game seems to treat them as dropped items too. I am confused about that as well.

If the game feels laggy, you can lower the pickup range or increase the pickup interval. The game itself may also stutter when picking up items, so it is recommended to turn off auto pickup when you do not need it.

I previously tried to add a feature that automatically disables auto pickup inside bases, but I could not find a stable official method for detecting base range. Some players also change the default base range, so this feature is currently not available. If you experience unusual stuttering inside your base, please turn off auto pickup manually.

• Max items processed each time: 30

• Up/Down arrow keys: Select an option
• Left/Right arrow keys: Toggle a switch or adjust a value

Server Notice

This mod is mainly intended for single-player games or games where you are the host.

When playing on dedicated servers or joining someone else’s server, auto pickup may be limited depending on server settings and server-side checks. If the overlay appears but items are not picked up, it usually means the server did not accept the pickup request sent from the client.

Due to limited time and energy, server compatibility for this mod is currently unknown. Please test carefully.
