Example mod for APSF framework. Contains 2 gimbal thrusters, a nuclear thruster using custom gas (thruster + reactor) and 2 rotary thrusters
Thruster stats at full thrust:
R-10G "Zakat-M" gimbal thruster (both large grid and small grid): force magnitude = 3000000N hydrogen consumption = 1070L/s oxygen consumption = 50L/s power consumption = 0.01 Mw *Gimbal angle = 10 degrees *Is less efficient in vacuum compared to atmosphere (0.75 vac efficiency)
R-33G "Dragon" gimbal thruster (large grid only): force magnitude = 10000000N hydrogen consumption = 3210L/s oxygen consumption = 200L/s power consumption = 0 Mw *Gimbal angle = 7 degrees **Comes in 2 versions - basic and reinforced
R-5G "Spark" rocket thruster (small grid only): force magnitude = 550000N hydrogen consumption = 175L/s oxygen consumption = 10L/s power consumption = 0 Mw *Gimbal angle = 7 degrees **Comes in 2 versions - basic and reinforced
R-70-MT "Falcon" heavy rocket thruster (large grid only): Is a multi-block thruster made out of base with small auxillary thrusters and engine itself. The engine part can only be mounted on its base.
R-70-MT "Falcon" heavy rocket thruster (base): force magnitude = 2500000N hydrogen consumption = 900L/s oxygen consumption = 60L/s power consumption = 0.01 Mw *Is a multi-thruster
R-70-MT "Falcon" heavy rocket thruster (engine): force magnitude = 30000000N hydrogen consumption = 9630L/s oxygen consumption = 600L/s power consumption = 0.01 Mw *Is less efficient in atmosphere compared to vacuum (0.75 atmo efficiency) **Can only be mounted on RT-70-MT engine base
RX-1 Angled Vector thruster (large grid only): force magnitude = 810000N hydrogen consumption = 300L/s oxygen consumption = 5L/s power consumption = 0.01 Mw *Is mounted on turret platform diagonally on inverted corner-shaped base with +-67 degrees of azimuth and +-60 degrees of elevation (this sounds worse than it actually is) *Is less efficient in vacuum compared to atmosphere (0.75 vac efficiency)
R-04R "Storm-2" thruster (large grid): force magnitude = 2500000N hydrogen consumption = 1070L/s oxygen consumption = 50L/s power consumption = 0.01 Mw *Is mounted on rotating platform with full 360-degree azimuth and 20 degrees of elevation *Is less efficient in vacuum compared to atmosphere (0.75 vac efficiency) *Applies its force at CoM of grid
R-01R "Sparrow-2" thruster (small grid): force magnitude = 350000N hydrogen consumption = 140L/s oxygen consumption = 5L/s power consumption = 0.01 Mw *Is mounted on rotating platform with full 360-degree azimuth and 20 degrees of elevation *Is less efficient in vacuum compared to atmosphere (0.75 vac efficiency) *Applies its force at CoM of grid
Rotary Atmospheric Thruster (both large grid and small grid): force magnitude = 200000N power consumption = 0.8 Mw *Is mounted on rotating platform with full 360-degree azimuth, but no elevation *Only works in atmosphere *Efficiency decreases with velocity (max effective speed = 75 m/s, max speed = 100 m/s) *Applies its force at CoM of grid
RD-20-1N "Zeus" Nuclear Engine (both large grid and small grid): This engine is made out of 2 parts - reactor that consumes uranium ingots and generates "SuperHeatedHydrogen" custom gas (is technically an oxygen generator) and Nozzle which can only be mounted on top of reactor and consumes exactly 1 full reactor output at full thrust. Engine requires both SuperHeatedHydrogen and vanilla hydrogen to work, but in return provides 5 Mw of power at full thrust (meaning that you can run your ship off engine output entirely as long as it's actively thrusting, at least 1 battery is required to start the thruster)
Nuclear engine Reactor stats: Uranium consumption = 0.001 per second (at full load) Power consumption = 0.5Mw SuperHeatedHydrogen generation = 1L/s
Nuclear engine Thruster stats: force magnitude = 810000N hydrogen consumption = 20L/s SuperHeatedHydrogen consumption = 1L/s power generation = 5Mw *Is extremely weak in atmosphere (0.2 atmospheric efficiency) **Can only be mounted on RD-20-1N "Zeus" Nuclear Engine Reactor
